建设法规课程是工程管理方向的主干专业课。本课程的任是使学生掌握综合掌握建设工程法律法规基本知识以及实践案例。设立本门课程的目的是使学生掌握建设工程全生命期各阶段相关法律制度，从工程建设程序工程建设执业资格城市及村镇建设规划工程发包与承包工程勘察设计工程建设监理建设工程质量工程建设安全生和建设工程合同管理的相关法律法规，为学生未从事工程管理相关的工作和研究奠定必要的专业基础知识。
